Some comic books since they are old will show wear and may have yellowing of pages. MostVHS I sell are sealed, but the plastic seal could be ripped in spots. While most clothes will be used, they are washed(unscented) before being listed. Due to storage and packing for shipping, clothes might be more wrinkled when they were photographed for listing.
